Congratulations to WCC Senior, Zane Taylor, for being awarded the Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarship! This scholarship is a prestigious award offered by the State of Arkansas to top achieving seniors and is valued up to $40,000! Only one Governor's Distinguished Scholarship is given per county. This is an outstanding honor! We are so proud of you, Zane!

Even though Paraprofessional Appreciation Day has passed, we wanted to celebrate the high school paras that go above and beyond everyday for our students! Our school wouldn't be the same without them! Paras definitely make it possible! Thanks for everything you do!
Senior Spotlight 2026: Christian Griffin!
5th - 10th Grade Students will start taking their ATLAS tests next week. These are the state tests that assess everything they have learned this year. The teachers and students have been working hard all year in preparation for these tests, and we want them to do their best! It's important that they get a good night's rest and have a good breakfast before they test. The test is all about showing the growth they have made, and we know how much they have learned this year! We are excited to see how well they do!
