White County Central remains in the Green Zone from the data from ACHI and will remain in a mask optional policy for the week of November 1-5.
Fall festivities will be held in the multi-purpose building from 4:30-7:30. The building is west of the gymnasium.
For bellwork, geometry students were given two post-its to list all the properties they could remember about parallelograms and trapezoids from yesterday and stick them on the board.
Then we discussed all the properties they listed and used them to find missing angles and sides.

"Picture retakes/make-ups are tomorrow for Pre-K through 11th grade! If your child didn't get their picture taken in September, or needs a retake, they will do that tomorrow.
Senior retakes/make-ups are Friday October 29.
Yearbooks are still on sale! They are currently $45. They can be ordered/paid for online at Jostens.com or an order form can be filled out and money can be brought to the school. If writing a check, please put "yearbook" in the memo line.

This week is Red Ribbon Week. The safety of our students is a priority of WCC and we want to share some information with our parents. Late Friday evening we became aware of a Snapchat post that was circulating on the internet. This post included a shooting threat to a “Central” High School. The threat did NOT mention us specifically nor mention a particular date. Since we weren’t sure what school was actually threatened, we contacted local law enforcement and they have been working all weekend to trace this post. The FBI is working with Snapchat to attempt to find the owner of this account. We will have additional police presence on campus as a special precaution due to this threat. We will continue to work with law enforcement in finding the perpetrator of this post whether it was in reference to us or another “Central” High School. We appreciate your understanding as we deal with this situation and will keep you updated as we obtain further information.

We have a few changes. Tonight at Bradford starts at 4:30 Jr Girls, Jr Boys, and Sr Boys. Our 7th grade Girls and Boys will play in the Pangburn Jamboree at Pangburn Monday Oct. 25th. Girls will play at 5:10 against Rose Bud and at 6:20 against Pangburn. Boys will play at 5:45 against Rose Bud and 6:55 against Pangburn.
We have a home game against Maumelle Charter Tuesday Oct. 26th starting at 5:00.
